At Bailey Eyecare, our normal standard of eye care is one of ‘optical excellence’. Our team are trained and committed to ensure your resident’s optical needs are fully met.
Each sight test will be tailored to the needs of the individual. Our fully qualified and experienced Optician and Dispensing Optician have many years of experience in examining people who have disabilities, or who have limited communication or concentration and can adapt the sight test accordingly.
What to expect:
- An eye examination using the latest portable testing equipment available
- A choice of spectacles, if required, offering a wide range of styles and colours
- Advice on all aspects of eye care
- Advice to nursing staff on visual matters relating to residents
- Full aftercare service
Should spectacles be required, the Dispensing Optician will re-visit to ensure new spectacles, manufactured to your residents individual requirements, are fitted correctly, ensuring they and you are totally satisfied with the independent service that Bailey Eyecare provides.
We understand that each individual is unique and our aim is to provide a highly personalised service. Good vision can have a positive impact on a person’s independence and general well-being and as independent opticians, eye care is our priority and therefore we would be happy to visit and discuss your resident’s optical requirements.
